   Mixengen provides music distribution services, powered by a third-party provider (DistroKid), to deliver your music to digital streaming platforms (DSPs) including Spotify, Apple Music, Boomplay, Audiomack, and more.
   
   
2. Ownership:
   
   By uploading your music, you confirm that you own or control all necessary rights (composition, recording, artwork).
   
   
3. Royalties & Payouts:
   
   
   • Royalties are collected by DistroKid and made available through Mixengen.
     
     
   • Mixengen does not claim ownership of your music.
     
     
   • Any disputes regarding royalties or rights must be resolved by the artist.

Artists agree to pay the subscription or per-release fee as stated during signup.
